Specifically, our Private Trustee Services are available to a Client that is entering into a special type of transaction where an independent private trustee is desired or required.

For example, this Private Trustee Service is available to a Client when entering into a Private Annuity Transaction, using a Client's Irrevocable Nongrantor Trust when an Independent Trustee is desired or required, as a party to the Private Annuity Transaction, for Income Tax and Estate Tax Avoidance.

Also, a Client may desire or require an independent party to serve as a general partner in their Family Limited Partnership, or when a Foreign Investor is investing in a United States business or real estate and strict absolute privacy and confidentiality is desired or required.
